SF Drops Road Match to Taylor
FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The University of Saint Francis (Ind.) fell to Taylor University 6-1 in a Crossroads League match on Saturday, April 11, at the Swinney Tennis Center.
Isabela Florez and Alejandra Parra earned a 6-1 win at No. 1 doubles, but Taylor claimed the doubles point with a 7-6 win at No. 2 and a default at No. 3.
Parra picked up the Cougars' lone singles victory, defeating Maddy Fuque 6-1, 6-4 at No. 1.
Up next, Saint Francis (0-13, 0-8 CL) will host Indiana University Southeast in a non-conference match on Friday, April 17.
