Saint Francis to Travel to Grand View for NAIA FCS Second Round
FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The second-round schedule is set in the NAIA Football Championship Series, with the No. 19 University of Saint Francis football team advancing to face No. 1 Grand View University on Saturday, November 29.
Saturday's game will be played at Mediacom Stadium (1427-1483 25th St, Des Moines, Iowa 50311) with kickoff set for 1:00 p.m.
GAME NOTES
- Saint Francis wrapped up the regular season with an overall record of 9 wins and 2 losses, including a 4-1 record in the Mid-States Association (MSFA) Midwest League.
- The Cougars advanced to the NAIA FCS Second Round after edging No. 21 Evangel University by a final score of 13-12 in the Cougars' first FCS home game since 2018.
- Grand View finished the regular season with an overall record of 14-0 and a Heart of America Athletic Conference record of 6-0. The Vikings won their seventh straight Heart of America Conference North Division title and 70th consecutive regular season victory after beating Clarke University 58-0 on November 15.
