Three Cougars Earn All-Crossroads League Volleyball Awards

JACKSON, Mich. - The Crossroads League announced its 2025 Women's Volleyball All-League honors on Tuesday, with three volleyball athletes from the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) earning recognition. The All-Crossroads League awards were voted on by the CL's head volleyball coaches.

Hannah SweeneyTeigen Fortkamp and Annabelle Sweigert each received All-Crossroads League Honorable Mention recognition.

Sweeney played in 107 sets this season and led the Cougars with 456 digs for an average of 4.26 digs per set. The senior libero also totaled 57 assists and 13 aces.

Fortkamp also played in 107 sets during her sophomore campaign, finishing with 823 assists for an average of 7.69 assists per set. She also recorded 34 aces, 167 digs, 68 kills and nine solo blocks. 

Sweigert appeared in 96 sets this season, finishing with 203 kills for an average of 2.11 kills per set and a .248 hitting percentage. The freshman middle also finished with four solo blocks and 51 block assists for 55 total blocks this season. 

Founded in 1890 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition, the University of Saint Francis offers more than 60 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs through the College of Health Sciences and the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business.
