Robakowski Receives NFCA First Team All-America Recognition
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Thirty-six student-athletes from 18 programs were honored as the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced its 2026 NAIA All-America teams on Thursday afternoon. The NFCA All-America teams are voted on by the Association's All-America Committees. In the NAIA, the committee is comprised of one member head coach from each of the NAIA's six regions. All student-athletes who were nominated by a member head coach and selected to the first or second team All-Region squads were eligible for All-America consideration.
University of Saint Francis (Ind.) third baseman Abby Robakowski was named to the NFCA NAIA First Team All-America squad after helping lead the Cougars to the first Crossroads League Tournament Championship and NAIA National Tournament appearance in program history.
Robakowski capped off a record-setting junior season by finishing tied for the NAIA lead with 26 home runs and setting the Saint Francis career home run record. She also recorded 70 RBIs while helping guide the Cougars to a historic postseason run.
In addition to her NFCA First Team All-America selection, Robakowski earned NAIA First Team All-America honors, was named the Crossroads League Player of the Year and received NFCA Region V First Team recognition.
