

Bolyn, in his sixth season at the helm of the Cougar Softball program, provides the USF program with a stable presence in the dugout and a committed figure off the field. He has produced nine Mid-Central All conference selections, Ten Daktronics NAIA All Scholar Athletes, Ten Mid Central Conference All Academic and five players of the week winners.
No stranger to the Cougar athletics program, he played baseball at USF for three seasons (1997-1999) and golf for one year (2001). He served as a volunteer assistant golf coach at USF in 2003 and 2004. Bolyn currently serves as an assistant golf coach for the men and women's golf team, and a staff member in the physical education department.
Bolyn and his wife, Melissa (2000 Graduate), and son, Brody (4) reside in Markle, Ind.
McCoy begins his third season as assistant softball coach. McCoy primarily will work with the pitchers and catchers but will bring a new edge to the cougar program. Wayne also works with many local softball athletes at Extra Innings training facility where he focuses on pitching and hitting.
Wayne has been in fastpitch for thirteen years nine of those coaching at Ayersville High School in Defiance, OH. McCoy also coached many travel ball teams including three years with Team Coca-Cola.
McCoy and his wife, Anne reside in Fort Wayne with there two children Andrea and Torey.
Lechtanski begins her third season as an assistant coach switching roles from player to coach. Lechtanski, who served as Lady Cougars' team captain in 2007, brings her knowledge to the coaching staff to help with the outfielders.
